Clint’s experience in the construction industry dates back to his childhood when he helped his father build custom homes. After college, he spent several years in the Tool and Die industry. Ultimately, Clint returned to his first love – construction – spending 15 years, prior to founding CCS in 2011, working for 2 local mid-size commercial general contracting companies in the Kansas City area. Clint has built warehouses, offices, fast-food restaurants, white table cloth specialty restaurants, medical facilities and numerous other retail concepts from conception to finish.

Thanks, Clint!  You all have been great to work with.  Oscar is a winner!  And so is Tomas!  You have some really good people there!  And we like your subs, too!  Great organization all around!  We will be happy to recommend your company to anyone that needs this kind or service! We look forward to having you come back for the open house which we have not yet scheduled but we will be in touch about that when we know the details.

At the very beginning of our planning phase we interviewed project management companies in an effort to find someone with the expertise to complete our buildout on-time and on-budget.  Our decision to work with Complete Construction Service contributed substantially to the overall success of our project.  Staci Brockwinkel with CCS handled all of the details, from pre-bid meetings to final punch lists and was our trusted source for information and advice throughout the project.  During the buildout phase we learned a valuable lesson that I would like to share…in the future we will partner our architect with CCS during the design phase in an effort to craft the best overall design.  We believe this small change will improve construction efficiencies and reduce costs. We highly recommend Complete Construction Service.  The project was completed on-time/on-budget and the overall craftsmanship is outstanding.

It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of Complete Construction Service.
We contracted with Complete Construction Service to build a new restaurant with a very tight time frame and with very difficult conditions. Not only was the restaurant completed on time, but also without compromising quality. Every aspect of the work was completed with a steadfast attention to detail. The sterling manner that Complete Construction Service managed and operated this project has earned them the opportunity to contract more projects in the park. We are extremely pleased to recommend Complete Construction Service for building projects and will continue to use them in the future.

Manager of Construction - Worlds of Fun

Complete Construction Service successfully delivered the first Parlor bar and restaurant for Meriwether Companies in 2018. It was a technically demanding project that included the core and shell rehabilitation of an 18,000 sf warehouse building originally constructed in the early 1900’s and the subsequent tenant improvements which comprised of two bars, seven independent kitchen and a negative exterior patio space. Integrating the complexities of constructing seven independent fast casual restaurants and two bars within a single adaptive reuse building was a significant challenge that CCS met and delivered on. Meriwether Companies is proud of the finished product and grateful for the time and energy CCS invested to deliver a successful project.

His consistency in the professional applications of his work, the knowledge and proactive approach to “getting things done” has remained throughout our previous 4 year working relationship. Our current and most recent involvements with Complete Construction Services have yielded not only a expeditious and economical approach but their attention t details and personal commitments created the high quality standards we were looking for in our product we were developing.Subsequently, without any hesitation, Complete Construction Services has been actively involved in several miscellaneous repairs, remodeling and maintenance endeavors with our operations staff at the Kansas City Power & Light District. They have truly become a full service construction firm that can not only provide a quality product with economics in mind, but also can adapt their resources to immediate service for whatever needs we have placed before them.We currently are working with CCS on another project with elevated finish standards beyond our last project together and we have no hesitation in believing they can achieve our expectations within the confines of the contract amounts we have agreed to.Their corporate and personal philosophy, work ethics, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done to the clients expectations exists not only within their management but also throughout their job site team is their formula for continued success.
