Clint’s experience in the construction industry dates back to his childhood when he helped his father build custom homes. After college, he spent several years in the Tool and Die industry. Ultimately, Clint returned to his first love – construction – spending 15 years, prior to founding CCS in 2011, working for 2 local mid-size commercial general contracting companies in the Kansas City area. Clint has built warehouses, offices, fast-food restaurants, white table cloth specialty restaurants, medical facilities and numerous other retail concepts from conception to finish.

Chet Clark
Project Manager
Chet has worked in the Construction Management Industry for 40+ years on a variety of project types including: restaurants, offices, condominiums and historic renovation. This diverse experiences gives him a full range of Construction Management experience and wisdom. Chet takes pride in his attention to detail and emphasizes communication. These qualities have allowed Chet to build lasting relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the nation and in the Kansas City area.
Elizabeth Street
Project Coordinator
Elizabeth Street joined the CCS team in 2016 after studying Construction Engineering and Fabrication and Design at Missouri Western State University. Elizabeth brought an analytical and methodical approach to directing, organizing, and controlling project activities under the direction of the Project Management team. To ensure all client needs are met as the project evolves, Elizabeth proactively identifies and defines project requirements and objectives, prepares timeframes and schedules, and monitors and tracks project progress.
Chad Spoor
Director of Marketing and Finance
Chad graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Certificate in Integrated Investment Management. After graduating, he worked in Mortgage Sales for 2+ years prior to joining CCS. As the Director of Marketing and Finance at CCS, Chad oversees financial operations as well as developing and maintaining business relationships. Chad is currently attending the University of Kansas to obtain a Masters in Construction Management.
Nick Gardner
Contracts Administrator
“In November of 2014, Nick came onboard with Complete Construction Service, Nick Gardner started in the construction industry in 2003 as a residential house painter, wood rot carpenter and general laborer. In 2006, Nick moved into the office as a front desk coordinator. Within the 1st year in that position he was promoted to contracts administrator. Two years ago he came onboard with Complete Construction Service as a Contracts Administrator, and has been here ever since. He has a unique perspective in construction because he has worked both in the field and at high levels in the office
Jason Hewitt
Project Manager
Jason joined CCS at the end of 2016 and has been in the construction industry for 19+ years. Jason has a strong background in residential construction, managing the construction of multiple sub divisions ranging from 100 to 500 mixed single and multifamily homes. Jason prides himself on his ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve a final goal.
Chris Spoor
Project Manager, VP of Operations
Chris has been involved in construction since the late 1990’s, starting out as a carpenter then working his way up to superintendent. He started with CCS in 2013 as a superintendent and has been a project manager since May 2014. As a project manager, Chris has managed projects ranging anywhere from small white boxes to ground up restaurants. In 2015, Chris took on the responsibility of overseeing construction operations for CCS
